MASON JAR MEALS & SNACKS
Small $5 (500 ml), Medium $8 (1 litre), Large $11 (1.5 litre) and XL $15 (1.9 litre)
(Priced as above unless otherwise noted below. A jar deposit is applicable. Or these salads can be purchased as salad kits in three sizes - small $6, medium $9 and large $12.)
Apple Cranberry Pecan Salad
(Fresh apples, dried cranberries, sugared pecans, feta cheese and mixed greens with a cranberry vinaigrette.)
Cranberry Crunch Salad
(Dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, brussels sprouts, cabbage, kale, and feta with a poppy seed dressing.)
Corn and Bean Salad
(Tomatoes, corn, black beans, onions, avocados, and cilantro with a lime vinaigrette.)
Chicken Caesar Salad
(also available without chicken)
(Sliced chicken, romaine, bacon bits, Parmesan cheese, lemon, Caesar vinaigrette and a side of homemade croutons.)
Greek Salad
(Available with lettuce, orzo or gluten-free pasta)

So what is a 'Recipe Bundle'? Essentially, our recipe bundles are a collection of all the items (save for a few pantry staples e.g. olive oil and seasonings) required to make a particular recipe.
Each of our bundles includes the recipe and ingredients for a set price. The cost of each recipe bundle is based on the weekly market price and saves you from having to shop for all the related ingredients yourself.

Do you have a favorite recipe but just don't have the time to make it? Call us and we can make it for you. Seasonal meals can also be made fresh to order (at market price). We typically offer two sizes of meals available in freezer bags or foil containers - small (serves 1-2) and large (serves 4), or in your own reusable containers.
In addition to the above, multigrain muffins (mixed berry, blueberry, morning glory, apple and raisin) and cheese biscuits or scones (raisin, orange cranberry or blueberry) are available and are sold in packages of 2, 4 ,6 or 12 for $2, $3, $5, $10 respectively.
