Yes, personal references as well as a police check can most definitely be supplied.

Yes, to respect your privacy, all business activity is held is the strictest of confidence.

How much advance notice do you require?

I appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice when you'd like to book an estimate or service. Please call/text 705-917-1000. If you get my voicemail please leave a message or click here to submit a request via my Contact form. I will get back to you in a timely manner. My services are based upon my availability and I will do my best to accommodate you.

How can I be assured you will get everything done?

Fair question. I understand that confidence in me and my services needs to be earned. I will do my best to finish all tasks completely and thoroughly, in a timely manner. I am efficient and pride myself on offering quality services.

How do I pay for your services, especially when I am booking your shopping services and don't know how much the total cost will be?

Good question. The payments for any services that require purchases must be made in advance via cash, credit card via Square or Paypal , Interac email money transfers, bank drafts, or money order. Personal cheques will only be accepted from regular clients. Any portion of unused money will be promptly refunded. Alternatively, in the case of personal shopping, store gift cards can be purchased in advance and used as a method of paying. With all other services, payment is respectfully requested when services are rendered.

Do you undertake estimates over the phone, or do I have to meet with you in person?

No worries. If you don't have time to meet with me in person and explain your needs, I can certainly provide you with a FREE estimate over the phone or via email. I aim to accommodate.

Can I book your services on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis?

Certainly, I have discounted rates for regular clients who use my services on an ongoing basis. Once I have a full understanding of your needs, I can provide you with an estimate based on your individual needs.
