Apple Cranberry Pecan Salad
(Fresh apples, dried cranberries, pecans, brie or feta on a bed of mixed greens or spinach with a cranberry vinaigrette.)
Orange Cranberry Pecan Salad
(Mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, pecans, brie or feta on a bed or mixed greens or spinach with a cranberry vinaigrette.)
Cranberry Crunch Salad
(Dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, kale, and feta with a cranberry poppy seed dressing.)
Hearty Beet and Carrot Salad
(Beets, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, Brussels sprouts, kale, and cabbage with a balsamic vinaigrette.)
