FEATURED SALADS

Oven roasted chicken can be added to the salads for an extra $3, $6 or $9 depending on the size of salad.
Please note, quantities are limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Pomegranate Salad (with pecans, brie on mixed greens and a pomegranate vinaigrette)

FROZEN FOODS

There are also limited quantities and sizes available of frozen foods

 Seasonal meals can be made to order (at market price) as well as homemade soups.  The soups, chili and chowder is offered in four sizes of mason jars - 250 ml, 500 ml, 1 L and 1.5 L for $3, $5, $8 and $12 respectively (a little extra bit of room is left in the jars for expansion in the event you wish to freeze them) as well as in zippered freezer bags. We also offer the option of having your soups, stews and chowders put in large microwaveable mugs (with lids, individual serving size) for $7 each. (A nominal deposit fee will be added to the cost of all containers. Return the jar or container for a refill and save on the deposit fee the next time around.)

Please note, cost for all other pre-ordered meal options are based on market price and will be determined the week the order is placed.


Salads have just been added to our regular selection of menu items (in 500 ml and 1 L mason jars or packaged in large zippered plastic bags for $6,  $9 and $12 respectively) and will be available to order along with multigrain muffins and garlic cheese biscuits sold in packages of 2, 4 ,6 or 12. (Advance orders only.)

The following meal list is just an example of the type of meals that can be prepared and delivered to you fresh, frozen and where applicable, hot. We can sit down and discuss the type of meals you would be most interested in. Meals can also be prepared in your own casserole and crockpot dishes as well as in disposable or reusable containers (for a nominal fee). Meal orders need to be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
